UPDATE: Reports on May 30, 2007 say that Lindsay is being treated for Oxycontin and alcohol addiction, per her father, Michael Lohan.Sources say Lindsay Lohan has checked into the exclusive Promises Rehabilitation Center in Malibu, California.Lohan was photographed 4 am Sunday morning by the celebrity website X17 Online, apparently in an inebriated state and sick to her stomach after partying at Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel at a bash for 944 Magazine. This is after her "arrest" early Saturday for Suspicion of DUI stemming from her car crash where she sustained minor injuries and sought medical attention. A white substance preliminarily identified by Beverly Hills Police as cocaine was found in Lohan's car after the crash.Lohan was "arrested" but not taken to jail because she was receiving medical treatment at Century City Medical Plaza.A little partying is one thing, but this is a bit much.We hope Lindsay can get the help she needs to get back to a better place in her life.
