Eve has pleaded not guilty to DUI charges stemming from her infamous Maserati crash and DUI arrest on Hollywood Blvd.in April.As previously reported here, Eve Jeffers was handcuffed and arrested on April 26, 2007, after officers say she crashed her gold Maserati into a center divider on Hollywood Blvd. at approximately 2:45 AM. Police say Eve's blood alcohol level was "double the legal limit" at the time of her arrest for driving under the influence. A lawyer for rapper/actress Eve entered the plea for the rapper/actress, who was not present in the Los Angeles courtroom (the same courtroom where Paris Hilton was sentenced on May 4,2007).Eve's next court date is scheduled for June 28th, 2007.
