After an overwhelming amount of complaints today via e-mail and telephone calls to SPCA of Los Angeles, the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals paid Britney Spears a visit today. Britney's young puppy London reportedly sustained a broken leg in an incident in her home. Spears allegedly is not currently in Los Angeles and was not at home at the time of the SPCA visit earlier today. A note was left and given to Spears' housekeeper by the SPCA rep.The SPCA of LA has expressed their desire to make sure the puppy is being treated properly post-injury.Information has surfaced that PETA has been notified of the incident and a paparazzi photo of Spears with her children and the puppy (complete with leg cast) was provided to PETA as well.Check out several pics of Spears with her kids and London (and his cast) here:Britney Experts Gallery - Britney playing with her kids in her garden (8/8)
